Managers or Coaches...
Control your teams' information and roster from a single central location.  Sign in to enter completed games, view league statistics and individual player stats.

Features include:

• Submit Team information and Roster to the league.
• Make unlimited updates to Team Information or Team Roster.
• Ability to print game sheet labels using Avery 5665 [clear] labels.
• Register for any available tournaments.
• Team roster would be accessible to directors of tournaments in which your team is registered.
• Enter results from completed games.
• View team standings from unique link on league's website or through MtW.
• Notification of suspensions and missed game stat submissions.
• Complete player statistics confidential to each Manager.

League Administrators...
For between $25 to $35 per team* you can collect, control and manage all of the information for your league from a single central location for the entire season.

League Team Management features:

• Full access and edit capabilities of Team Information and Rosters.
• Add/edit League Games and Game Stats.
• Assign General Manager and Convenor level access to share the workload.

League Game Management features:

• Submit your schedule to MtW using our exclusive format complete with your league teams and locations already preprogrammed to make doing schedules a snap.
• Managers will enter standings directly from game sheets based on the schedule provided.
• Players will be able to view up-to-date division standings for the current season from a unique link at MtW or from your organizations web site.
• Administrators will finalize standings for all games played.
• Full range of reporting options which include: Rosters Modified Tracking, Delinquent Game Stats Postings, Goal Discrepancy, Penalty Discrepancy, Call-Ups, View Player Stats, Major and Minor Penalties, Suspension Tracking and more.
• Series and bracket layouts for playoff games.

Technical Support:

• For a reasonable cost MtW will assist managers via e-mail and league administration via e-mail or phone.
• This fee also includes training for the League Administrator should they wish to support the teams directly rather than through MtW.
• Be advised that technical issues will arise with new managers or league administrators especially during registration.
• Please note that MtW does not support individual user problems with their PC's.
• Need a customized report?  We can do that for a reasonable cost as well.

Tournament Directors...
Run your tournament, collect and process information from a single central location for under $20.00 per team.

Team Management features:

• Set up your tournament in the Manage to WIN database which will then allow teams the ability to enter your tournament
• Securing access rights as Director of the tournament
• Enabling you to add Managers (not already in the database) and assigning them Usernames enable you to change registration payment status
• Standard reports: 1) viewing all teams registered for your tournament, 2) viewing their respective rosters
• Ability to print game sheet labels using Avery 5665 [clear] labels

Game Management features:

• Submit your schedule in a proper format to Manage to WIN prior to the start of the tournament
• Enter the scores for scheduled tournament games
• Enter points for each team in each game as outline in your tournament rules
• Players will be able to view up-to-date tournament standings from a unique link at Manage to WIN or from your organizations own web site
• Full page print out of scores that you can post in the arena as the tournament progresses
