| A1) If you have forgotten your

| A2) Yes, usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. |

A3) If you have already registered
but have forgotten your username, it is likely the email
address that you most comely use and would have provided
to your league, club manager or tournament director.
Check with them first before contacting MtW.
If you haven't registered yet, then be sure to give your
username to your league, club manager or tournament
director so that it can be entered into the system. |

| A4) When you attempt to sign in and
the MtW Home page simply returns without any explanation
there may a security issue with your username.
Send us a quick message and include the username you are
attempting to use and your team number. |

|
| A5) No, all usernames and passwords
are cleared at the end of each season. |
| |
|
| A6) If you are using a Mac to
access MtW, we only support Firefox 3.0 or higher (obtain
here). On the PC we recommend Internet Explorer 6.0
or higher but also support Firefox 3.0 or higher. If you
are having problems with a web page let us
know. We appreciate you taking the time! |

Help with Registration |
| B1) If you submitted a username to the league
and you haven't received your league's
Account Activation (Welcome Message) email
it may simply be the delay in the league verifying
your information and unlocking your account. When
your account is unlocked by the league this will
automatically generate the email. |

| B2) If you still have not received your Account
Activation email after several days it is possible
your anti-spam software or service has removed the
message.
Send us a quick message and include the username you are
attempting to use and your team number. |

| B3) To locate your temporary
password, open the MtW Account Activation email and
click on the link. This will take you to your league's
Welcome page with instructions. The temporary password
is located on the first line of Section 1. |

Help Managing Multiple Teams |
| C1) If you manage more than one
team in a single league or tournament you can use
the same username for both. Be sure to submit the
same username (email address) to your league, club
manager or tournament director. |

|
| C2) When managing multiple teams,
the smallest team number will always load first after
signing in. To change to your other team go to the
bottom of the Managers Home page where you will find a
drop down under Select Team and Organization.
